My primary objective is not the design and optimisation of the loudspeaker array *per se. *I just want to have a general idea of the performance of such a system with given geometrical constraints. So I was looking to fastrack this task. (My main interest is to implement a source with equivalent directivity performance in a virtual environment to conduct experiments with participants.)
