Quantitative and statistical analysis on large data sets will be part of the job to ensure solid scientific conclusions that convey existing evidence. As part of the research team, you will work across different disciplines and must be able to connect and combine results from simulations, acoustic measurements, perceptual tests, and real-world results. Areas of responsibility: - Explore, develop, and establish new methods for psychometric evaluation based on machine learning techniques. - Quantitative and statistical analysis of large data sets to build evidence for existing and future innovations. - Combine existing evidence and build confidence in new performance metrics with clear end-user and real-world benefit. Qualifications: - Ph.D. or equivalent experience in one of the following disciplines: Hearing Science, Experimental Psychology, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics - Experience: Preferred 2 - 3 years of research experience in psychophysics or equivalent graduate level research.
