With AAVAA, you will be involved in building a unique listening device that allows everyone to hear what matters by processing their surrounding sounds based on input from their brain and biosignals. Our goal is to give people control of their auditory environment, enhance the sounds they want to hear, and suppress distracting noise. The position is available as early as November 15, 2020. Remote working solutions are possible, and physical presence at AAVAA offices will be possible as the COVID-19 situation evolves. The position is for full-time candidates, or Postdoctoral candidates residi= ng in Canada or Graduate students currently enrolled in a Canadian university. University candidates will be supported in part by Mitacs.
