The lab studies the neurobiology of auditory function in the non-human p= rimate to better understand altered auditory function in neuropsychiatric c= onditions. The post-docs will explore the neural substrate of echoic memory in the awa= ke behaving non-human primate to better understand how echoic memory functi= on may be affected in in schizophrenia. The post-docs will be involved in a= ll aspects of the research including data collection using EEG, pupillometr= y, acutely inserted laminar probes, and chronically implanted moveable micr= o-electrode arrays (SC96 Graymatter Research), as well as analysis and mode= ling of behavioral and neural data.
