This is a thriving centre of re= search into how people use their hearing, how hearing impairment affects th= em, and how new technologies might help. The project aims to establish objective measures of behaviour indicative of= conversation success/difficulty, with a focus on difficulties experienced = by people with hearing loss. Techniques will include qualitative methods an= d quantitative experiments in our behaviour tracking lab.
