The position is initially limited to=20 three years and includes the opportunity of graduating with a doctoral=20 degree. It is planned to be funded by the MarieSk=C5=82odowska-Curie Acti= ons=20 =E2=80=93 Innovative Training Networks grant which is an international jo= int=20 research training and doctoral program implemented by European=20 partnerships and therefore involves a stay at a partner organization for=20 several month. The research conducted will be part of the project=20 /Virtual Reality Audio for Cyber Environments (VRACE)/=20 (https://vrace-etn.eu//)/Position 11 *Scope of work:* =C2=B7Signal processing for virtual acoustics, =C2=B7Acoustical measurements and simulations, =C2=B7Listening experiments and their evaluation. *Eligibility criteria due to funding:* =C2=B7Lived in Germany for maximum 1 year in total during the last 3 year= s, =C2=B7Not enrolled in a doctoral program so far, =C2=B7Less than 4 years full-time equivalent of research experience since= =20 graduation. *Qualifications:* You are very motivated, self-initiated and have successfully completed=20 your studies with a master university degree in the fields of Electrical=20 Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics. You are expected=20 to have profound knowledge in signal processing for audio and acoustics=20 as well as to have experience in developing software components in=20 MATLAB or C/C++. Good communication skills in English and preferable=20 German language, both oral and written, are furthermore desired.
