After several months' more work, we've rolled out many updates to the site ahead of a public launch in the next week or two. You can check them out at themusiclab.org. For those who are interested, the experiments on the site are built in jsPsych, which is super easy to learn, and the back-end is the Pushkin platform which we developed in conjunction with Josh Hartshorne's lab at Boston College (Pushkin is also the back-end to gameswithwords.org). If you have plans for large-scale experiments about any area of music, sound, and/or audition, please feel free to get in touch with me. If it can be game-ified we can probably help to make it happen. And because the site overhead costs are basically constant (whether there are 10 or 10,000 concurrent users) new experiment are quite cheap to run. all best Sam -- Samuel Mehr Department of Psychology Harvard University *Be a citizen scientist at themusiclab.org <http://themusiclab.org/>!* --000000000000a79b16058aa0d617 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <div dir=3D"ltr">Hi all, many thanks to everyone who participated in our pu= blic beta at <a href=3D"http://themusiclab.org">themusiclab.org</a>!
