The project will be based within the School of Sports= , Exercise and Health Sciences, which has an excellent international reputa= tion for teaching and research across a diverse range of disciplines. The s= uccessful applicant will work alongside Dr Maidment and Prof Hogervorst to = conduct world-leading research investigating hearing loss across the lifesp= an, sports participation and mental health. Entry requirements: Applicants should have, or expect to achieve, at least a 2:1 Honours degree= (or equivalent) in Psychology or a related subject. A relevant Master's de= gree and/or experience in Research Methods will be an advantage. It is also= desirable that students have knowledge of statistics, qualitative analyses= and behavioural testing. Funding information: The studentship is for 3 years and is intended to start on the 1st October = 2019. The studentship provides a tax-free stipend of =A314,777 per annum fo= r the duration of the studentship plus tuition fees at the UK/EU rate.
