The project, in collaboration with Cochlear Bone-Anchored Systems, is to de= velop methods for crosstalk cancellation between bone-anchored hearing aids. This is intended to improve stereo separation = using bilateral aids, and thus to help with sound localisation and the perception of speech in background noise. The p= roject is has technical aspects, but is more concerned with psychophysical measurement and software development than eng= ineering.
