We cordially invite you to participate in the special session by = submitting your recent work on the field. Any work on silent speech = and/or speech synthesis from speech-related biosignals will be = considered relevant to the special session. Particular topics include, = but are not limited to: * Speech Synthesis from Speech-Related Biosignals, * Speech Recognition from Biosignals, * Articulatory Synthesis * Acquisition of non-acoustic speech data using different modalities = (e.g. Electromyography, Electroencephalography, Electrocorticography, = Electromagnetic Articulography, Permanent Magnet Articulography, = Ultrasound, Video, etc.), * Silent Speech Interfaces, * Lip Reading, * Neural Representations of Speech and Language. Depending on the number of accepted submissions, the session will = include oral presentations as well as posters, and =E2=80=93 if time = permits =E2=80=93 live demonstrations of direct synthesis systems.
