Dear colleagues, We are currently opening a position for a scientific employee at the Fraunhofer Institute for Digital Media Technology IDMT in Oldenburg, Germany. Candidates should have a Master/PhD in psychoacoustics, audiology and speech signal processing, and a lot of fun in designing, conducting and acquiring applied R&D projects to develop "better hearing solutions". Topics for this position will cover - amongst others - self-fitting approaches for personalized hearing support technologies, and noise reduction schemes in non-medical applications, algorithm prototyping (Matlab and/or C), listening test design with normal-hearing and hearing-impaired listeners, and presentation of R&D results and demonstrators. Experience in project acquisition would be desirable. Due to the strong link to primarily German industry partners good German skills would be ideal. Further information (unfortunately in German only) can be found at https://recruiting.fraunhofer.de/Vacancies/30119/Description/1 Thank you for forwarding the information to potentially interested candidates. Any questions can be directed to me. Regards \Jan
