Skills * Proficiency in Matlab or Python is required * Proficiency in C, C++ or C# is required * Advanced knowledge of digital signal processing is required * Strong verbal and written communication skills are required * Strong interpersonal skills are required * Technical leadership in a research project is required * Proficiency in modern machine learning techniques such as deep neural= networks, NMF or Bayesian learning is highly desirable * Familiarity with typical hearing aid algorithms, such as multiple-cha= nnel compression, speech enhancement, noise suppression, feedback cancellat= ion, or environment classification algorithms is a strong plus Salary Salary will be commensurate with experience.
