You can buy a phono to BNC connector so that you ca= n patch directly into the HB7. As for the ER10b (to presumably measure OAEs= ), use a pair of ER2s for inputs as specified for the 10b. The ER2s are fan= tastic at low frequencies (provided correct coupling/sealing to the ear) as= they are specifically designed for human input, or any human-appropriate a= nimal model that hears low frequencies (e.g. not mice or rats), measurement= s with the 10b mic.
