This International Workshop brings=20 together researchers from the field of ethnomusicology and the field of=20 computational and analytical musicology. FMA 2017 will provide the attendants with a fantastic forum to share=20 research, thoughts, needs and discoveries between ethno-musicologists,=20 musicians, librarians, students, museum curators, computer science=20 experts and music information retrieval researchers to foster the=20 creation of cross-disciplinary collaborative networks and the=20 development of new interdisciplinary tools, methods techniques and ideas=20 to promote the enrichment of music, specially folk music and the=20 preservation and dissemination of World's musical cultural heritage. Note that in a couple of days is the Tutorial Proposal Deadline!
