The project, titled "How th= e brain detects patterns in sound sequences", will be supervised by Dr Mari= a Chait and conducted in collaboration with Dr. Marcus Pearce (Queen Mary U= niversity, London) and colleagues at the UCL Wellcome Trust centre for neur= oimaging. The post is funded for 34 months in the first instance and involves a combi= nation of behavioural, computational, eye tracking, and functional brain im= aging (EEG, MEG, fMRI) experiments in humans.
