We are pleased to announce the establishment of the Timing Research Forum (TRF), an open community for promoting multidisciplinary research and collaborative work on temporal processing and time perception that is especially relevant for audition with respect to understanding the coding of natural sounds - http://timingforum.org/. <http://timingforum.org/> We hope that TRF will serve as a common platform for brain research on all relevant aspects of timing in both health and disease using a combination of methodologies including human psychophysics, cognitive measurement techniques including fMRI, M/EEG, TMS etc., as well as neurophysiological and imaging work in a variety of animal models. We invite you to become members of TRF and participate in advancing the state of timing research through discussions, collaborations, and sharing of resources including code, protocols, data etc. There are no membership fees and the only requirement is to actively pursue research on timing.
