Dear all, as part of the development of a "traité instrumental collaboratif en ligne" (online instrumental collaborative collection) together with the "Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris" (CNSMDP), we are currently investigating the perceptual similarity between different instrumental techniques. For this purpose, we designed an online experiment expected to last about 30 minutes. Please use a recent version of Firefox or Chrome and headphones at a comfortable hearing level: http://soundthings.org/ticel/groupSounds-en Feel free to forward this experiment to anyone interested in auditory perception of classical music instruments.
