It allows you to make SPL measurements and associate them with venues via GPS. You can also search/sort/share measurements and compute the recommended exposure limit (using the NIOSH formula). The main idea here is to generate a big dataset. If that happens, we will create an API to make that data broadly available so that folks can make more interesting features. This is an early concept, please reach out to me if you have additional ideas!
