Below please find an announcement of two faculty openings in audiology at t= he University of Colorado at Boulder. ******** Audiology Faculty Positions in the Department of Speech, Language, and Hear= ing Science at the University of Colorado Boulder The Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences (SLHS), University= of Colorado Boulder, invites applications for two tenure-track positions i= n audiology at the Assistant Professor level beginning August 2016. Candidates in any area of audiology such as aging, amplification, cochlear = implant psychophysics, aural rehabilitation, otoacoustic emissions, genetic= s and cognitive aspects of hearing loss are encouraged to apply. Minimum qualification is a Ph.D. degree in audiology or related field at th= e time of hire. Clinical experience in the field of audiology is desirable. The successful candidate will be expected to have an active and independent= research program and to provide evidence of promise or success in extra-mu= ral research funding. Candidates are expected to maintain their vigorous r= esearch program and have enthusiasm for undergraduate and graduate teaching= . The successful candidate will be expected to teach and mentor students i= n the department's clinical Au,D. program and in the undergraduate and Ph.D= . programs. Salary and start-up are competitive and commensurate with exp= erience. International candidates are welcome to apply.
