In general, I find=20 emails I don't care about very easy to ignore (nothing like begging=20 children or students, for instance). And this also applies to emails of=20 people complaining that the list is not what they think it should be... But since I'm here now, I'm adding that IJA is particularly difficult to=20 get to, often not part of publisher packages. Paid access is $54 for=20 24h... The normal route would be to contact the authors, but this=20 particular article, although it has a DOI, was published more that 20=20 years ago (... I know, 1992 feels like yesterday for me too), and I=20 couldn't track down an email address for the authors (even though I live=20 in the same country). So I also think that Brian Katz comment was rather=20 unjustified.
