Key Experience - Developed novel statistical signal models and neural network arc= hitectures - Designed and/or implemented robust speech and/or speaker recogni= tion systems - Deep knowledge of modern machine learning techniques - Familiarity with noise reduction and signal separation algorithm= s - Some knowledge of auditory neuroscience and psychoacoustics - Strong in Matlab programming. - Proficient in scripting and running large training sets and opti= mizing computational resources - Demonstrated outstanding ability to perform innovative and signi= ficant research in the form of technical papers, theses, or patents - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Comfortable working in teams and good collaborator Education and Work Experience * PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related tec= hnical field, with strong background in machine learning, signals and syste= ms, and fundamental mathematics. * PhD with at least two years of experience (or equivalent post-doc= torate).
