Dear List, Since the application deadline is near please accept a reminder of the job ad. We are inviting applications for a post-doctoral research scientist to join our cochlear implant team. The research focus is on auditory scene analysis with cochlear implants and the development of novel sound coding strategies. The position is full time and will start at the earliest convenient date. We offer you to join a dynamic, interdisciplinary team, to work with up-to-date technical equipment and to learn about the latest methods in hearing research. Our close interaction with the Bernstein Centre for Computational Neuroscience, Munich (www.bccn-munich.de), extensive cooperation with industry and with local and international scientific partners, like the Chair for Man-Machine-Interaction at the TU München (Prof. Fastl, Prof. Rigoll, Dr. Schuller), the Hearing Research Network Munich (www.hearing.ei.tum.de), and the MRC Institute of Hearing Research in Nottingham (UK), creates an attractive environment with excellent perspectives for personal development.
