Dear List, I would like to advertise an opening as professor of Acoustic-Mechanical Micro Systems at DTU, Copenhagen -a new rather unique centre focusing on this area is emerging at Technical University of Denmark (DTU) The Centre for Acoustic-Mechanical Micro Systems (CAMM) investigates acoustic and mechanical properties of small scale audio devices such as Hearing Instruments, Cell Phones and other body worn systems. The emphasis is put on the development of physical models and accompanying computational models. The area of acoustic-mechanical micro systems is considered to create a bridge between the well established disciplines of acoustics, mechanics, fluid dynamics and hearing science with the purpose of improving the ability to optimally design small objects such as miniature audio devices.
