These PhD studentships represent exciting = opportunities to work at the cutting-edge of translational research in hear= ing and tinnitus, with an active multi-disciplinary research team. We have = close links with the MRC Institute of Hearing Research, audiology and ENT s= ervices and National charities supporting people with hearing-related probl= ems and tinnitus. Applications are invited for 3-year NIHR-funded PhD stude= ntships working in a number of research groups within NBRUH. You will be re= gistered with the University of Nottingham within the School of Clinical Sc= iences (http://www.nottingham.ac.uk/scs) and will benefit from the School's= innovative 'NTrans' programme of doctoral training in translational resear= ch. Funding will provide for all fees and an annual stipend of =A315,000. F= unded opportunities will be available to present at National and Internatio= nal conferences and students will be encouraged to also apply for local, na= tional and international travel scholarships.
