Research experience in audio signal processin= g algorithms is required. Research experience in hearing aids or cochlear i= mplants is highly desirable. Skills * Proficiency in Matlab is required * Proficiency in C, C++ or C# is required * Good interpersonal skills are required * Good verbal and written communication skills are required * Technical leadership in a research project is highly desirable Knowledge * Advanced knowledge of digital signal processing is required * Proficiency in statistical analysis is desirable * Familiarity with multiple-channel compression, speech enhancement, mic= rophone array processing, adaptive filtering, learning algorithms and audio classification algorithms is a plus Salary Salary will be commensurate with experience.
