Although I have nothing to add to the scientific content of cochlear models, I do wish to thank those who contributed to the discussion. My own work (perception of speech and other complex sounds) is far removed from the content. I learned a great deal. I enjoyed the passion for models and theories, so much so that I hung on to the thread a bit longer than I typically would have. Finally, I knew how to delete messages when I had enough. Thanks for the lessons. -- Keith -- Keith R. Kluender Professor of Psychology University of Wisconsin - Madison 608-262-9884 Office 608-262-6110 Lab
