A full-time research position is available at Dynamic Hearing (see below). There is no firm closing date and the commencement date is negotiable, but I suggest enquiries and/or applications are made this month since this position could be filled quickly. Audiologist or Hearing Scientist to join commercial R & D team in Australia Based in Melbourne, Australia, Dynamic Hearing develops advanced signal processing solutions for the hearing aid and headset industry. The team includes audiologists, signal processing engineers and applications programmers who work closely together through all stages of product development. The company is seeking an experienced and motivated audiologist or hearing scientist to join the research and development team. The role will involve working with other team members on research projects and product evaluations. The candidate will be an integral team player for such projects, and will be involved with projects and studies from their conception through to completion. The candidate is expected to formally document studies, requiring the production of formal reports for commercial use or for scientific publication. Development of new ideas is encouraged. The audiologist or scientist appointed to this role will have a proven ability to carry out research in audiology. The candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong knowledge of digital hearing instruments.
