We seek to strengthen this area =20 further with an appointment at lecturer level to help take forward =20 exciting new research aimed at improving outcomes for hearing impaired =20= people. The group also delivers teaching programmes in audiology and deaf =20 education, and contributes teaching to the Psychology programmes in =20 cognate areas such as auditory perception. You would join other =20 members of the team in teaching and administrative duties. A background or experience in one of the following areas would be =20 advantageous: psychoacoustics, cochlear implants, signal processing, =20 electrophysiology, or neural imaging.
