By "pitch shifting", do you mean that tracking pitch shift or kinds of re-composing? In any cases, see the "Music Processing" section of music-ir evaluation tools page http://www.music-ir.org/evaluation/tools.html -- some (e.g. BeetRoot and Marsyas) are Java applications, but it might be worth checking out all the web links there.
