This position is responsible for research and development of signal processing algorithms for hearing aids. Qualifications A Ph.D. degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, computer science or related field is required. Candidates with a Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science or related field and 3+ years of applicable experience may be considered. Research experience in hearing aids or cochlear implants is highly desirable. Research experience in audio signal processing algorithms, psychoacoustics or acoustics is a plus. Skills . Proficiency in Matlab is required . Proficiency in C, C++ or C# is required . Good verbal and written communication skills are required . Proficiency in statistical analysis is desirable . Familiarity with speech enhancement, array processing and audio classification algorithms is a plus Salary Salary commensurate with experience.
