Hi Dan, The TASCAM US-122L USB 2.0 Audio/MIDI claims to be "zero-latency direct input monitoring" in case that's of any use to you? It has 2 XLR mic inputs and phantom power, headphone output, analogue I/O controls and operates up to 96kHz with 24-bit resolution, as well as MIDI I/O. I've used it and am pleased with it so far. Also, Windows/Mac compatible.
