Most modern digital hearing aids use WDRC (Wide Dynamic Range Compression) ... but some newer aids use ADRO (Adaptive Dynamic Range Optimization). Has ADRO been shown to be especially effective .. or is it simply another adequate way of operating a hearing aid?
