maximum sound levels for hearing aid microphones ("Freed, Dan" )

Dear List,

Can anyone tell me what maximum sound levels can be handled by typical
hearing aid microphones?  I have looked at data sheets for Knowles and
Sonion microphones, but they don't seem to specify maximum sound levels.
