Subject: AAO-ACO-1979 v ASHA-1981 v Kryter-1998 v Wisconsin-1994 ? From: "Richard H." <auditory(at)AUGMENTICS.COM> Date: Tue, 20 Sep 2005 18:19:47 +0100Hi, I have had a play with the hearing impairment calculator at: http://www.comdis.wisc.edu/facstaff/mrchial/HrgHdcp98.xls This spreadsheet covers algorithms such as: AAO-ACO-1979 v ASHA-1981 v Kryter-1998 v Wisconsin-1994 I have noticed that the calculated hearing impairment figures differ greatly between algorithms.. Can anyone please clarify what these measures are supposed to indicate - and why they might differ?
