Planar Systems (www.planar.com) sells touch screens up to 19" with USB interface. Although I have not used any of their touch screens, our lab has been very pleased with their regular LCD displays. Planar also has one of the best warrantees and replacement policies in the business, though they are a bit more expensive than the competition. However, in my anecdotal opinion, they also have some of the highest quality displays. Insert usual disclaimer here; I'm not associated with Planar, just a very satisfied customer.
