Lecturer in Audiology The Institute of Laryngology and Otology is the premier research and teaching institute for audiology and ENT in the UK. The ILO is based within the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital, which offers many advantages for teaching and research by providing an excellent infrastructure and patient base. A new building for the UCL Centre for Auditory Research is currently being constructed on the site. The School of Audiology offers a new BSc course in Audiology, various MSc courses for Audiologists and ENT Surgeons in addition to research leading to PhDs. The School of Audiology now wishes to appoint a lecturer in Audiology to undertake teaching and management of some Audiology course modules on our undergraduate and graduate programmes. As well as contributing to the research activities of the School. Recent clinical experience in audiology is essential and a record of research, publications and experience of teaching would be an advantage. Salary will be on the Lecturer B scale from points 12-18 (£27989-£35883 + LWA (£2134) depending on qualifications and experience.
