Bacon" <spb(at)ASU.EDU> Date: Thu, 15 Apr 2004 06:28:15 -0700Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor in Audiology and Director of Hearing Clinic The Department of Speech and Hearing Science at Arizona State University invites applications for a clinical audiologist (clinical assistant or associate professor) to join an active and growing audiology program. The department is housed within a new state-of-the-art facility on the main campus. The highly ranked program in audiology offers a range of clinical and research opportunities, as well as training leading to an AuD or PhD. This is a full-time, 12-month, non-tenure-track appointment beginning June 1, 2004. Responsibilities include leadership and development or expansion of hearing clinics, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in audiology, supervising students in the audiology clinic, and participating in service activities. A graduate degree in audiology, CCC-A, and experience in clinical administration and direct clinical service appropriate to rank are required. Clinical experience in areas such as diagnostic audiology, auditory electrophysiology, amplification, vestibular assessment, as well as experience with university teaching and student supervision are desired but not required.
