Dear List,

I'm looking for any reference investigating the relationship between
distance perception and elevation/azimuth MAAs. The information on sound
localization is plentiful, but I couldn't find a reference specifically
investigating this relation except one of Durand Begault's JAES articles
(*). Any hint on such references is much appreciated.
