WOLA analysis/synthesis filter banks (Qu Hongwei )

Dear list,
I have tried to do some sound processing with WOLA analysis/synthesis filter banks,but I can not achieve perfect sound reconstruction.Does anyone do the similar work and could you give me some advice?
