UNIVERSITY OF MANCHESTER TWO LECTURERS B/SENIOR LECTURERS IN AUDIOLOGY (REF 959/02) The Human Communication and Deafness Group of the University of Manchester, UK, wishes to make two new appointments in audiology to join an energetic team with an international research reputation, and to further strengthen the team's provision of research and teaching leadership in this exciting and expanding field. The people appointed will have an interest in higher education and will wish to further develop their research career; they will be research-active, with a record of research and publication, and will be expected to make a significant contribution to the research profile of the Group. Teaching and supervision duties required of undergraduate and postgraduate students on the new BSc Audiology and the restructured MSc Audiology, as well as contributions to the Group's other programmes (Speech and Language Therapy and Deaf Education). Applications are invited from audiologists, hearing scientists or psychologists, or from those in related fields. Any specialism within these disciplines will be considered; a professional qualification in clinical audiology would be an advantage.
