We are investigating the use of otoacoustic emissions in hearing conservation programs and need assistance with data collection and data analysis. The ideal candidate will assist in conducting research involving the use of computers and acoustic equipment for measuring the human hearing system. Some travel may be involved. Data analysis will involve the management and use of large databases, descriptive and inferential-statistical analyses, and documentation. Other duties may include assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, technical papers and graphics. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in, Physics, Psychology, Physiology or Statistics. Basic Statistical knowledge with the ability to interact and effectively communicate both written and orally with a wide variety of people, required. Previous research experience, desired.
