I am actually in the middle of working on a project that gives somewhat of an interactive presentation of the octave illusion. The project makes use of JMSL and JScore (by Nick Didkovsky). It allows the listener to adjust amplitude and panning and to change note values. I'd love to hear comments. The web address is: http://homepages.nyu.edu/~rah232/jwork/website/FinalProject.html (just click on the links for the first two studies, the composition is a work in progress) Cheers, Ross Hendler
