I don't have any in front of me but you might try looking in the Piano Tuner's Journal for that kind of information. I've seen some theoretical material on this kind of problem in teaching tuning skills. The PTG site at http://www.ptg.org probaby doesn't have the material online but if you can find a tuner member in your area they may be willing to share journals with you.
