I need some help finding some electrical supplies. I am looking for flexible wire, similar to what is often attached to headphones. The wire needs to be small enough to solder to LEDs. I attach the LEDs to microswitches to form keys that small birds peck. The problem with the wire I currently use is that it is very fragile and breaks away from the LED. Also, it is stiff, so often it gets bent from a bird's vigorous pecking. This can put pressure on the microswitch, making it difficult to peck, or it can go the other way and cause the microswitch to constantly be pressed. Can anyone recommend a place where I may purchase flexible wire? I've looked at Home Depot, Radio Shack, and a local electronics shop--all with no luck. Thanks.
