Not only that, but we can understand speech that has no pitch whatsoever! When you whisper, you use entirely unvoiced phonemes (no periodic glottal exitation hence no pitch), yet the utterance is intelligable as speech. -David. Martin Braun wrote: > Thanks, Tom.
