The latest version of Armadillo is available for download. This is basically the same as the previous version, except that a number of bugs have been fixed. You can download it from http://ems.music.uiuc.edu/~beaucham/software/armadillo Armadillo is a real-time/non-real-time analysis tool for musical sounds and sports 1D, 2D, and 3D analysis viewers. It is available in binary only for the Macintosh platform. I should also mention that SNDAN (non-real-time analysis/modification/ resynthesis) and Music 4C (score based synthesis) are also available. These are supplied in C source code to be compiled under Unix (Linux). All three programs may be reached from http://ems.music.uiuc.edu/~beaucham/software/. Jim Beauchamp j-beauch(at)uiuc.edu
