A postdoctoral researcher is sought with PhD in psychoacoustics and knowledge of speech production/perception. The appointee will be responsible for implementation and execution of a variety of experimental procedures (a) to characterise fluent and dysfluent speech control and (b) to quantify backward-masking ability, auditory stream segregation ability and other psychoacoustic measures that may relate to the model of dysfluency. The position is funded by the Wellcome Trust, and has 30.5 months of funding remaining.
