Can anyone offer advice on available software for running an Adaptive
Resonance Theory (ART) neural network model? (The model I have designed
concerns an aspect of music perception.) I am looking for ART3 capability,
preferably noncommercial. Web addresses for downloadable sites especially
welcome (the few I have found to date appear to be overly specialized and
not suitable for PCs).
