Whoa out there list readers! I never meant to imply that teeth resonating is the possible cause of resonant sensitivity to pitch; rather, I said resonances in the head. The teeth story was only the incident that got me thinking about the notion of resonance in the first place. If anything, the teeth would be a contributing factor, but I would not expect that tooth resonances would be in any way a dominant factor in my so-called resonant sensitivity to pitch. Regardless, I was glad to see the humor pointed out by several posters. Tom Maglione McGill is running a new version of LISTSERV (1.8d on Windows NT). Information is available on the WEB at http://www.mcgill.ca/cc/listserv
