I have read your discussion about resynthesing audio signals and have supposed that I can get a good advice in my task too. I would like to find the simpliest and effective way to make the following operations with musical signal: 1. to wrap the frequency scale of the spectra (using some formula), with surviving time envelope for each spectral component. 2. Reproduce the sound in the new scale. Excuse my ugly English. I can detalize the task if needed.
